On purpose of assessment on the post-graduate student’s study, on the 21st February 2019, at Graduated Thesis Room, Post-graduate Studies Department of National University of Art Education, there has had a graduation ceremony of master degree in Theory and methods of Teaching Music.
After announcing the decision of assessment council establishment and scientific background of the students, they had represented a summary of the theses to the Council.
The comments of the reviewers, commissaries and other memebers in the Council concentrated into the contents and the format of the theses; besides the scientific information, the thesis authors had been advised of right format by the Council.

Content Summary: Blues music originated from West Africa, brought to North America by black slaves. In recent years, Blues music has a strong influence on Vietnamese music. As one of the centers for training in arts and culture, Hai Phong College of Culture, Arts and Tourism always strives to bring new programs in line with the trend of the era on teaching. At the electronic keyboard classes, students have access to Jazz, Swing, Ragtime, etc. However, there is a lack of Blues music. As a lecturer, the author found that students are very passionate about this genre of music, so she chose the theme "Teaching Blues genre for students of Electronic Keyboard class at Hai Phong College of Arts and Culture and tourism" to study and find out the teaching methods for Blues music, in order to improve the training quality of the college.
