On the morning of February 19, the Scientific Council conducted a pre-acceptance test for the Ministry-level scientific research of "Researching the form of teaching Fine Arts for Primary pupils through creative experience activities" - code B2017-GNT-05, project manager is Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Dinh Tuan. Attending the Conference were the Chairman of the Council and members of the Acceptance Council, the project manager and the implementing members.

According to the Council Decision No. 152/QD-BGDĐT dated January 18, 2019 of the Ministry of Education and Training, the Scientific Acceptance Council was established with members of Prof. Dr. Le Hong Ly (Academy of Social Sciences) - Chairman of the Council, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Nghia Phuong (Vietnam Fine Arts University) - Reviewer, Dr. Quach Thi Ngoc An (National University of Art Education) - Commissioner, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc An (Vietnam Education Union) - Member, Dr. Nguyen Van Cuong (National University of Art Education) - Member, Dr. Tran Thi Bien (Vietnam Fine Arts University) - Member, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ha Thi Hoa (National University of Art Education) - Member, Secretary.

At the Conference, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Dinh Tuan stated the urgency of the topic, research methods, research contents, objectives and product topics. In these contents, the project manager emphasized the objective of the project is to survey and assess the reality of the form of teaching Fine Arts through creative experience activities; designing the form of teaching Fine Arts at the primary level through creative experience activities, thereby contributing to improve the quality of teaching Fine Arts at primary level, meeting the requirements of education innovation.

After the presentation, the Chairman and members of the Scientific Council took to comment on the project and to ask questions. In general, the topic "Researching the form of teaching Fine Arts for Primary pupils through creative experience activities" is considered highly feasible in the application in Primary schools, the content of the topic has achieved all the objectives, and has appropriate research methods. In addition, the members of the Scientific Council also raised criticisms for the authors to draw experiences to improve the research topic.
With the spirit of serious and scientific work, the Scientific Council totally approved and accepted all the products of the topic, evaluated the topic at Pass level.
