Training workshop on university examination regulations 2015

On July 9th, a training workshop on university examination regulations was held at the NUAE’s music performance center. The workshop aimed to familiarize the university’s staff and lecturers with major changes in this year’s examination regulations.

The event saw the presence of Dr. Dao Dang Phuong – NUAE’s Deputy Rector, Vice Chairman of the Examination Committee, Chief Proctor; proctors and other members of the Examination Committee; the representative from Hanoi Public Security Department (PA 83) and the representative from local authority.

Dr. Dao Dang Phuong, in his speech at the workshop, highly appreciated the efforts of the organizing board and the practical significance of this workshop. Besides, Dr. Phuong asked the members of Examination Committee to enhance the sense of responsibility, listen to comments and suggestions of the participants in order to finish preparation works for the examination. He also emphasized that the members of the Examination Committee should be fully aware of their obligations to fulfill the task, given by NUAE’s leaders.

 At the workshop, Ms. Ha Thanh Huong – Director of Academic Affairs, Chief Secretary of the Examination Committee presented detailed information on admissions operation this year. Four main issues were included:  University examination regulations 2015; NUAE’s enrollment scheme; Duties and responsibilities of the proctors and supervisors; Major changes in this year’s admissions for universities and colleges.

The training workshop had provided the university’s staff, lecturers with precise information on the changes in this year’s admissions regulations. Accordingly, the participants were aware of their responsibilities and the requirements when performing their duties. All staff members and lecturers of the National University of Art Education have been striving for this year’s transparent and successful admissions exam.
