Artistic exchange with the Indian Folk Dance Group Pratibha Kala Kendra

NUAE - Within the framework of cooperation and exchange with the Embassy of India, Hanoi, on March 26, the National University of Art Education had a working session with representatives of the Embassy and an artistic exchange with folk dance artists of the Pratibha Kala Kendra group.

Receiving the delegation of the Embassy of India, Hanoi was Associate Professor, PhD. Le Vinh Hung - Vice Principal in charge of the University, Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh - Vice Principal and representatives of a number of relevant units. After the discussion between the representative of the Embassy of India, Hanoi and the Board of Directors, there was an exchange and performance between lecturers, students and artists from the Pratibha Kala Kendra folk dance group.

Speaking at the Program, Associate Professor, PhD. Le Vinh Hung - Vice Principal in charge sent a warm welcome from the University to distinguished guests from India - one of the cradles of human civilization with cultural and artistic values, especially the art of folk dance. The Vice Principal in charge also hopes that this exchange program will open up many opportunities for cooperation between the University and the Indian Embassy, and Indian art group in performance activities, arts and culture training.

The National University of Art Education is the first destination in the Pratibha Kala Kendra Group's tour in Vietnam this time (from March 26 to March 31). Responding to the warm feelings and enthusiastic cheers of the audience, the artists had attractive and attractive performances, imbued with the colors of Indian folk art. Just as the Indian representative expressed: in India, music and dance in particular and folk culture in general are values that have been attached to people since birth, and have a meaning that connects us with noble spiritual values.

Pratibha Kala Kendra was founded by famous dancer Pratibha Sharma (born 1981), with the goal of preserving and promoting the diverse traditions of Indian dance. Currently, the troupe is famous in India for its combination of traditional and contemporary dances. The performances of this Dance Group have transcended all boundaries, captivating audiences to experience firsthand the beauty and meaning of Indian dance traditions. Their tour in Vietnam this time will take place from March 26 to 31 in Hanoi and several provinces and cities nationwide. Vietnamese audiences will have the opportunity to enjoy unique performances of Indian dance art.
