In the content of education co-operation program between Vietnam and Russian Federation, on the 7th September 2018 at Moscow, there took place a signing ceremony of 23 agreements on co-operation in training and science and technology between leading universities of the two countries, including a memorandum of understanding between the National University of Art Education and Moscow City University.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by the Minister of Education and Training Phung Xuan Nha and Deputy Minister of Science and Training of University of Russian Federation - Mrs. Marina Alexandrovna. Delivering a speech at the ceremony, the representative of the organising committee believed that the co-operation will bring efficiency in improving the quality of arts education as well as open opportunities for learning and exchange for teachers and students.

Moscow City University is a leading university of Russian Federation in training arts. In order to achieve the agreement, on September 6, the delegation of the National University of Art Education had a working program with the management board, relevant units as well as the Institute Art Education of the Moscow City University to enhance the understanding of Russian partners, thus enabling the signing of the cooperation agreement to ensure a realistic and high feasibility.

Delivering a speech at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Dang Phuong - Rector of National University of Art Education affirmed that with a history of 50 years training art education, the signing of this cooperation with the Moscow City University is entirely feasible and certainly brings many practical benefits to the lecturers, students of both universities in the cooperation and development of art education.
In response to Vietnam partner, Prof. Dr. Remorenko Igor - Rector of Moscow City University hoped that the co-operation to the National University of Art Education will be a first step, set up a foundation for co-operation activities about training, scientific research of art between two partners in the future. Especially, both universities have many similarities in their fields of study, is based on a long-standing relationship between two ancient Vietnamese and Russian cultures.
In general development strategy, recent years, the National University of Art Education has effectively raised international co-operation activities in many fields, especially fields of training, scientific research. The co-operation with Moscow City University will will further strengthen the quality of education in the arts and open up valuable opportunities for Vietnamese students to quickly get acquainted with keeping up with the trend of international integration today.
