Announcement 1 regarding the organization of the International Science Conference "Innovation, creativity and development in art culture training"
National University of Arts Education in collaboration with ESN Publications (India) organized an International Scientific Conference with the theme “Innovation, creativity and development in art culture training”. The conference is an academic forum to exchange, share, and exchange teaching and research experiences between Vietnamese and international higher education institutions, colleges, scientists, researchers, experts, lecturers, and teachers.
The National University of Arts and Education respectfully announces and invites scientists, researchers, experts, lecturers, and teachers at home and abroad to register to attend and write articles to participate in the Conference. Specific information is as follows:
1. Topic of the Conference:
“Innovation, creativity and development in art culture training”
2. Purpose:
The conference was organized to create a scientific forum for domestic and international researchers to have the opportunity to exchange academic expertise on cultural and artistic training. At the same time, it is to clarify the urgency, requirements, and influencing factors; to assess the current state of development of the field of culture and arts and its impact on other areas of social life. On that basis, it is to propose solutions to promote innovation, creativity and development in current cultural and artistic training.
3. Contents of the Conference:
- The urgency and requirements of innovation, creativity and development in current art culture training in particular and art culture education in Vietnam in general;
- The current status of art culture training in Vietnam and around the world;
- The factors affecting the development of education in general and art culture training in particular in Vietnam and countries around the world;
- The new approaches to art culture training at educational institutions in the world and Vietnam today;
- Economic, socio-cultural and educational values in current domestic and international art culture training;
- The solutions to promote innovation, creativity and development in art culture training in the current context.
4. Time, location and form of organization:
- Time: From 8 am to 12 pm in October 22, 2024.
- Venue: Concert Hall, National University of Arts Education, No. 18, Alley 55, Tran Phu Street, Ha Dong District, Hanoi City.
- Form: Offline and online.
5. Participants:
- Guests: Representatives of the Russian Embassy, Italian Embassy, Belgian Embassy, Indian Embassy, news agencies and press;
- Foreign delegates: Experts, scientists, researchers, lecturers, teachers of higher education institutions in Russia, Italy, Belgium, Japan, Korea, China, India, Laos, etc.;
- Vietnamese delegates: Representatives of leaders of ministries and departments; Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges; Representatives of leaders of colleges and universities with majors training in Culture and Arts nationwide; Representatives of leaders of departments of education of provinces with universities and colleges providing training in Culture - Arts majors; Art teachers training Club; experts, scientists, researchers, lecturers, teachers of higher and secondary education institutions in Vietnam;
- Delegates of the National University of Arts Education: University leaders; unit leaders; researchers, lecturers and graduate students;
- Presenters: Domestic and foreign scientists; graduate students and post-graduate students; leaders, lecturers, teachers, musicians, and artists working in the field of culture and art education.
6. Conference Proceedings:
The articles will be evaluated, edited and selected for publication in the Proceedings with ISBN or published in the Art Education Magazine of the National University of Arts Education.
7. Writing language:
Bilingual Vietnamese and English.
8. Information about registering to attend and submitting articles:
- Deadline for registering article titles and abstracts: August 10, 2024.
- Notice of article abstract acceptance: August 16, 2024.
- Deadline for submitting full article: August 30, 2024.
- Deadline for notification of article review results from experts: September 16, 2024.
- Deadline to register to attend the Conference: September 25, 2024.

10. Participation fee:
- Travel and accommodation expenses for delegates while attending the conference: paid by the sending agency or self-funded by the individual.
