On purpose of assessment on the post-graduate student’s study, on the 24th January 2018, at Graduated Thesis Room, Post-graduate Studies Department of National University of Art Education, there has had a graduattion ceremony of master degree in cultural administration.
After announcing the decision of assessment council establishment and scientific background of the student, the student represented a summary of the thesis to the Council.
The comments of the reviewers, commissaries and other memebers in the Council concentrated into the contents and the format of the thesis; besides the scientific information, the thesis author had been advised of right format by the Council.

Summary: The Culture, Information and Sports Center plays an important role in leading and coordinating with the cultural network in the community to launch cultural and social movements, promoting the spirit of national solidarity in the cause of national construction and renovation of our nation nowadays. The Culture - Information and Sports Center of Ha Dong District in recent years has had many positive activities contributing to improving the cultural and spiritual life of the people, ensuring the task of cultural development associated with the economy, politic. However, the management of activities of the Center are still inadequate, such as the bureaucratic thinking still exists, the lack of professionalism, ect. On the basis of that fact, the author has chosen the topic "Managing activities of the Culture - Information and Sports Center of Ha Dong district, Hanoi city” to study the status of management of cultural and sports activities at the Cultural - Information and Sports Center in the recent years. Since then, propose some positive solutions to improve management efficiency of the Center, contribute to development of economy, culture and society in the locality.
