On purpose of assessment on the post-graduate student’s study, on the 19th October 2018, at Graduated Thesis Room, Post-graduate Studies Department of National University of Art Education, there has had a graduattion ceremony of master degree in cultural administration.
After announcing the decision of assessment council establishment and scientific background of the students, they have represented a summary of the theses to the Council.
The comments of the reviewers, commissaries and other memebers in the Council concentrated into the contents and the format of the theses; besides the scientific information, the thesis authors had been advised of right format by the Council.

Content summary: Vietnam is a country with a unique culture, long history associated with the history of the formation and development of the nation. Folk culture is one of the valuable cultural values of the nation with many types of art have been handed down from generation to generation. Cheo is a folk art form of Vietnam thriving in the Northern Delta and spreading to the south. Cheo is rich in narrative, lyrical, easy to enter the human heart and attached to the cultural life of people. However, before the changes of economic development, science and technology, today there are many types of modern art for people to choose, the art forms in general, the art of Cheo in particular met a lot of difficulties. Art performances at the Ninh Binh Cheo Theatre is not out of the law. As an artist, who participated in management work at the theaetre the defender selected the topic: "The management activities of art performances at Ninh Binh Cheo Theater" to study deeply about the value of Cheo’s identity. Content summary: The recent years, Hai Phong City has been on the development for business, social, drag in cultural art activities. The art performance activities took place in the city, in which the region of Ngo Quyen district has more types of cultural art and entertainment games. The center has been achieved many practiced results since its establishment. However, besides the successes of organisation and management, the center has many difficulties and limitation such as infrastructure, limited location and lack of instructors. To study, analyze and evaluate the actual situation of performance management in the new phase, the author selects the topic "The management activities of art performances at Information and Culture Center, Ngo Quyen district, Hai Phong city" to propose some solutions to improve the quality of management of organizations performing arts activities to effectively develop the Center has grown up and attracted many kinds of culture and arts to serve many classes of people.
