On purpose of assessment on the post-graduate student’s study, on the 17th October 2018, at Graduated Thesis Room, Post-graduate Studies Department of National University of Art Education, there has had a graduattion ceremony of master degree in cultural administration.
After announcing the decision of assessment council establishment and scientific background of the students, they have represented a summary of the theses to the Council.
The comments of the reviewers, commissaries and other memebers in the Council concentrated into the contents and the format of the theses; besides the scientific information, the thesis authors had been advised of right format by the Council.

Content summary: Majesty Le Chan Festival is held in 3 days from 7 to 9/2 (lunar calendar) with many attractive activities. In recent years, the traditional festival has become one of the typical festivals of Hai Phong city, really meet the needs of communication, such as spiritual demand, as the desire to enjoy and to create the traditional values of the nation. However, previously due to many factors of economic, historical, geographical, festival only held in the narrow space of An Bien ward, Le Chan district. From 2011, with the spirit of responsibility, in order to preserve and promote cultural and historical values, Le Chan district has organized seminars to expand the scope of organization to the monumental statue of Majesty Le Chan. Due to the large scale, management work is urgently needed. Therefore, the student chose the topic of "The Administration on the Majesty Le Chan festival, Le Chan District, Hai Phong City" to contribute some solutions to improve the festival administration activities of Majesty Le Chan in near future.

Content summary: In the context of renewal of the country, in 2005, the Cultural and Information Center of Thuy Nguyen district of Hai Phong city was renamed from the Cultural House to the Information and Culture Center. During the operation, the Center has achieved impressive results. However, in the current socio-economic context, the Center has not met the demand for facilities, finance to support the program of activities of the club. Therefore, the management agencies support the clubs operating in Thuy Nguyen and Hai Phong are facing difficulties in terms of human resources, infrastructure conditions, financial resources and professional qualifications for activities. In order to find solutions and improve the quality of activities for the clubs in the new period, the student chose the following topics: "Management of clubs at the information and culture center of Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong city" to propose some solutions suitable for the club. The renovation of the concept and organization of club management at Thuy Nguyen Information and Culture Center will meet the demand of enjoying cultural life of the people in the coming time.
